After receiving our Herringbone Brushed Cotten duvet covers and pillow cases we were a little disappointed in the quality of our purchase. We don’t often complain as we usually accept we made the wrong choice and just get on with it, however when the goods faulted after two washes we did complete a review of our disappointment regarding our purchase. It was with a pleasant surprise that Julian Charles contacted us and offered a refund on our faulted produce, Chrissie who we dealt with from Customer Services was absolutely brilliant and sorted out our problem in a most efficient way. Thank you again to all at Julian Charles.

Although JC replied very promptly over my problem. Please look at the large picture Eden Coral Floral Jacquard Luxury Eyelet Curtains before buying. Although they look lovely online when you hang them up they fall dreadful.

This was my first but not my last time ordering bedding from Julian Charles. They provided excellent service from the ordering, the confirmation emails, quick dispatch & delivery, to the after-sales service. Really pleased with the quality of the products and the price paid. It is also worth checking out their Facebook page as there are better pictures of the products on there.

I contacted Julian Charles after a problem when laundering the curtains I had had for a few years. Chrissie, in customer services, contacted me immediately and resolved the issue without any hassle, then alerted me to a saving I could make for a re-purchase with the result that I now have brand new curtains at an almost give away price! Amazing service and what a delight to be treated so courteously by a customer service rep. Thank you Chrissie.

I had ordered a duvet set but realised that I had ordered the wrong size. After contacting Julian Charles, even though it had been sent they contacted the delivery people to return to sender and refunded my purchase price immediately. I was beyond happy especially as it was my own mistake. I will certainly do business with them again.

Brilliant customer service and beautiful duvet received. It was even delivered between Christmas and new year and delivered within 3 days.

A really committed person called Susan solved are issue with the delivery of a set of curtains we had orderedNot only was she puntual but she showed empathy and basically got the job done a credit to your Company

Great quality at a reasonable price

Customer service here was absolutely fantastic. Submitted an enquiry and heard back in 24 hours. Susan was extremely helpful and resolved my return (due to COVID) without any hesitation. Cannot praise them enough!
